Andrew is a retired partner from a distinguished audit, tax, and advisory firm in the Garden Route, with over 35 years of extensive experience in company, personal, and trust accounting and taxation, he brings an unparalleled depth of knowledge to his field.
As a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA), Andrew has provided invaluable advice to a diverse range of clients. His expertise encompasses advising owner-managed companies, family-run businesses, and trustees of both large and small trusts on essential aspects of corporate governance, fair practice, and the intricacies of various taxes, including Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Pay-As-You-Earn (PAYE), Value Added Tax (VAT), and Income Tax.
Andrew's comprehensive expertise, which spans numerous business and commercial scenarios, positions him as an extraordinarily valuable member of the RoosInc team. Arno obtained his B.Com LLB qualifications from the UFS and was admitted as an attorney in 2004 and a conveyancer in 2006. He settled in George in 2007 and has vast experience in all fields of litigation, including family law, insurance law and building disputes.
Arno has right of appearance in the High Court and a proven track record in the area. No two disputes are ever similar and a broad knowledge of the law is a requirement for finding tailor-made solutions to clients problems.
Arno is a keen golfer and enjoys the many scenic offerings of the Garden Route.
John Reid obtained his BProc degree in 2000. He has more than 23 years of experience in all fields of the law, as both practicing attorney and as legal advisor for major role players in the industry, both nationally and internationally. John offers a unique skillset in all litigation aspects of our firm. He is passionate about people and family law.
He further excels in legal research, drafting and compiling of legal documents and legal opinions and in his valuable role as our firm’s litigation associate in both the Magistrate Court and High Court, John in return distinguishes RoosInc from any other ordinary law firm making us the preferred litigation partner.
Rainier grew up in Cape Town. After graduating with an LLB degree, he completed his articles at a leading law firm in Cape Town.
Rainier gained valuable experience in all aspects of the legal profession but focuses on Commercial Law, by specializing in empowering businesses and individuals with cutting-edge legal strategies in Contract Law, Labor Law, Building disputes, debt collection, and litigation. With a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations, he brings clarity and confidence to complex legal challenges.
In addition, Rainier also has valuable experience in trust and estate administration, liquidations and criminal law, and his diverse legal background equips him to tackle multifaceted cases with creativity and precision.
Rainier enjoys a good cup of coffee, loves music and is a family man, spending time with his wife and daughter.
Dhanéle graduated from the University of North-West, Potchefstroom with a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree. After being admitted as an attorney in 2022, Dhanéle completed her articles with a strong foundation in family law.
She relocated to the Garden Route, where she broadened her practice across a range of litigation matters, refining her strategic and advocacy skills while gaining valuable experience in estate-related work.
Driven by a commitment to growth and client value, she went on to join a firm specializing in estates and trusts, where she developed in-depth expertise in fiduciary administration, as well as conveyancing, enabling her to deliver well-rounded legal guidance across multiple areas of practice.
In addition to her fiduciary responsibilities, Dhanéle also oversees RoosInc’s deceased estate property transfers and is committed to building lasting client relationships and delivering efficient, solution-oriented legal services.
Outside her professional work, Dhanéle is an avid lover of sushi and dogs and regards herself as a coffeeholic.
Wilna is a rare gem when it comes to qualifications and experience of support staff in a law firm. She has a N1, N2 and N3 Technical College Qualification as well as a NQF5 National Certificate in banking and financial services.
Wilna had a successful career in the banking industry and an equally successful career in various supporting roles in law firms. Her knowledge and experience in conveyancing, estate administration, bookkeeping, general office administration and all other financial aspects are sought after and of great advantage to our firm and clients.
Jacques graduated from the University of North-West, earning a Honors in BSc Quantitative Risk Management.
